Shipping Information
All orders are shipped Priority Mail or Fed Ex from Lapeer, MI within 3 business days. If lower shipping rates are identified to your address, alternative shipping carriers may be used. The cost of shipping will be added to your invoice.

Problems With Orders
If there is a problem with your order, for any reason, please call 586-552-9979 or prompt resolution within 5 business days of order receipt.

Returns and Exchanges
Due to the unique nature of our business and related matters of hygiene and public safety, we cannot allow any skincare products to be returned or exchanged.

Quality
All of our products are handmade in small batches with the finest ingredients. Because of this, occasionally there can be slight variations in the finished size and color.
